If your product was purchased within the last 90 days, you may be directed to return it through your original retailer. After 90 days, our Coolaroo Customer Service team will work with you directly.
Once we receive your claim, our team will review it and determine the best solution. This may include a repair, replacement, or pro-rated refund. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.
